Utilities:
 
Natural Gas and Electricity: These are metered by City Public Service (" CPS").  It is your responsibility to apply with them in regard to either of the above services.  They can be reached at 210-353-2222.  You will need to supply them with your name, address (to include lot number) and any other information they may need.
 
In some instances you will need your street name and house number versus just 3500 Goliad Road, Lot #___.
 
Water and Sewer: Water and sewage are provided by the San Antonio Water System ("SAWS").  It is your responsibility to apply with them in regard to water service. They can be reached at 210-225-5222.
 
PLEASE DO NOT CALL AND HAVE ANY OF THESE SERVICES CONNECTED UNTIL ONE OF OUR COMMUNITY STAFF HAS INFORMED YOU THAT SET-UP IS COMPLETE AND YOU ARE NOW READY TO MOVE IN.
 
Telephone Service:
 
Telephone service is supplied by Southwestern Bell, and it is your responsibility to apply with them for phone service.  They may be reached at the following numbers:

Television / Cable Service:
 
Time / Warner Cable service is available to all residents and it is your responsibility to apply, if desired, for this service.  Paragon may be reached at 210-244-0500.
 
There are also several satellite dish companies that have been used by previous residents.   No outdoor antennas or mini-satellite dishes may extend more than thirty inches (30") above the roof of the home and all antennas and satellite dishes must have written approval of the Community Manager BEFORE installation is made.
 
Personal Property Taxes:
 
 The City of San Antonio classifies your home as a “mobile home.”  All mobile homes installed within the city limits are subject to city, county and school taxes, which are all payable at the end of the year (approximately November).  Homestead exemption is available for mobile home owners and additional homestead exemptions are available for those residents who are over age 65, disabled, or veterans.  It is your responsibility to make the Bexar Tax Appraisal office aware that you now own a mobile home and that it is in a rental community. Garbage Pick Up: 
 
The garbage is picked up in front of each manufactured home in both communities on Tuesdays and Fridays.
 
Postal Service:    
 
Mailboxes are located in the clubhouse vicinity, and your mail will be delivered to your box during regular postal service delivery days. It is imperative that when you change your address for mail delivery to the community that you include your full mailing address as follows:
 
All residents MUST use 3500 Goliad Road AND their lot number as their correct mailing address (example: R. Jones, 3500 Goliad Road #348, San Antonio, TX 78223). You also MUST USE YOUR LOT NUMBER FOR ALL DELIVERIES (i.e., UPS, etc.)!

Community management controls keys to individual mailboxes and only community management can issue keys to individual residents, not the postal person. Please do not disturb the mail person, as he/she is unable to give an individual access to his/her mailbox.
