Swimming Pool hours during the summer vary depending on daylight. Check with Manager for opening and closing dates of pool.

Lot Rents
Vary by lot size and location. Check with Manager for details.

Security Deposit
$100.00 (includes mail box key)

Hookup Charges
$150.00 Includes hooking up water, sewer, electricity & gas (If required)

Resident Responsibilities
Resident pays all utilities, installs own A/C and electrical connection. Resident installs vinyl skirting within 60 days of move-in and resident to install 4’ x 4’ deck (larger with manager's agreement ) & entry steps. Home tongue (if any) to be removed or covered with skirting.

Tuesdays & Fridays (Recycle on Fridays). City provides dumpsters.
